About
More Than Tutoring
For a struggling student, tutoring can often feel like more work, more assignments, more expectations. The goal of educational coaching is to reengage a student's natural love of learning and help them connect their personal interests and passions to academic achievement. This may be done through 1-1 tutoring, small group classes, and coaching services for parents to help you make your curriculum work for your student! I work with all types of students and specialize in neurodiverse educational support.
Background
I have a diverse background in education. I have worked with students 1-on-1 and in small groups from preschool to college. I have also taught in private and public school classrooms as well as worked with homeschooled and non-classroom-based charter school students. I hold a CA Multiple Subject Teaching Credential as well as a BA in Psychology. I have also completed graduate courses in child development and Floortime Therapy.

I enjoy customizing programs to my students' needs. If you don't see what you're looking for, just send me a message.
